Privacy Policy
How we process the personal data of people who visit the website and contact us.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Controller and contact details
The data controller is Nick Rusconi, trading as Rusconi Trade Group. For questions about your data or to exercise your rights, contact nick@rusconitradegroup.com. This policy covers rusconitradegroup.com and its language versions.
2. Data we collect
The contact form collects your full name, company, email address, market of interest and message. Your name, email address and message are required; company and market are optional. The form also transmits the current language and confirmation that you have read this policy. A technical antispam field helps detect automated submissions. Please do not include particularly sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people in your enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to respond to enquiries, assess potential collaborations and handle pre-contractual or professional communications you request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where this basis does not apply, processing may rely on our legitimate interest in handling incoming professional communications and the related relationships (Article 6(1)(f)), while respecting your rights and freedoms. Technical data needed for operation and security is processed in our legitimate interest in protecting the website and preventing abuse.
4. Providing data and the checkbox
Providing your data is voluntary. Without the required fields, we cannot handle your enquiry through the form; leaving company or market blank does not prevent submission. The checkbox confirms that you have read this policy. It is not general consent to processing and does not authorise promotional communications.
5. Providers and handling enquiries
Cloudflare provides hosting, DNS, Worker and infrastructure services; Resend sends form enquiries by email; Google Workspace is used to receive and manage correspondence. These providers may process the data needed to deliver their services under the applicable roles and terms. Enquiries are forwarded to the controller’s mailbox: the website has no CRM or database for storing form submissions. Correspondence is managed in email. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
6. Browsing and fonts
When you browse the website, technical services may process your IP address, browser information, network requests and diagnostic data needed to deliver and secure the service. The website loads Source Serif 4 and Source Sans 3 through Google Fonts: your browser contacts Google’s servers and transmits the necessary technical data, including your IP address. This loading is not a website analytics service. See the Cookie Policy for information about the technologies used.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where processing takes place outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards provided for by applicable law are used. You can request information about the relevant safeguards and how to obtain a copy by writing to nick@rusconitradegroup.com.
8. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any related relationships, plus any periods needed to meet legal obligations or protect legal rights. The duration depends on the nature of the enquiry, the development of the relationship and applicable record-keeping needs. Technical data is retained according to the operational and security needs of the services used.
9. Your rights
Where provided for by law, you may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and exercise data portability where applicable. Contact nick@rusconitradegroup.com; we may request only the information needed to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. In Spain, you can contact the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
10. No sale of data or profiling
We do not sell personal data. We do not use form data for profiling or automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects. The website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, analytics cookies or marketing cookies.
11. Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes to services or applicable obligations. The date at the top identifies the current version. Any new purposes will be communicated before the relevant processing, as required by applicable law.
