Cookie Policy
The technologies used to operate and protect the website.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Scope and controller
This policy covers rusconitradegroup.com and its language versions. The controller is Nick Rusconi, trading as Rusconi Trade Group. Contact: nick@rusconitradegroup.com.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files that a website may store in your browser. Similar technologies can store or read information on your device. They may serve technical, statistical or advertising purposes; not all of these purposes are present on this website.
3. What we do not use
The website currently uses no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, marketing cookies, analytics cookies or profiling tools. It does not incorporate a CRM or database for contact forms, or add advertising tracking technologies.
4. Necessary technical technologies
The website may use only technical technologies strictly necessary for the operation and security of its infrastructure, including any Cloudflare mechanisms used to protect and deliver the service. Their presence may depend on request conditions and infrastructure settings. The website does not use them for behavioural analysis or advertising. Strictly necessary technologies do not require the prior consent applicable to non-essential technologies; no cookie banner is displayed.
5. External services and technical data
Loading fonts through Google Fonts generates network requests to Google’s servers. According to the service documentation, Google Fonts does not set or log cookies. Form submission uses Resend through the Worker, and Google Workspace handles incoming correspondence. These services are not integrated into the website as analytics or marketing tools. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Browser settings
You can inspect and delete cookies on your device or restrict them through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect certain functions or security checks. The website does not offer consent preferences for non-essential cookies because it does not currently use them.
7. Future changes
If non-essential technologies are introduced, this policy will be updated to state their purposes, providers and relevant durations. Where required, consent will be obtained before activation, with the ability to refuse or withdraw it. The current absence of a banner does not imply consent to future uses.
